Maybe you have an injury that  you want help to come back from or an issue that won't go away.

Or maybe its a more holistic reason, you need some help with your approach or some guidance on mental well-being.

We are pleased to say you're in the right place, we provide an holistic and individual approach to all your health and fitness needs. We work with all ranges whether you are a:

We'll approach your training, mindset and recovery from a unique perspective with a service that is specific to you and your needs.

 

PREGNANCY AND POSTPARTUM

PERSONAL TRAINING

Specialist exercise coaching for mums and mums to be, tailored to your individual needs and circumstances. Rose is experienced in taking the confusion out of pregnancy and postpartum fitness, helping you keep active and healthy in a way that honours your changing body. 

WOMENS ONE TO ONE COACHING

One to One, female specific coaching tailored to your individual goals. Rose is a specialist in helping women stay strong, fit and healthy through all life's chapters and challenges, whether that be pre-pregnancy, pregnancy, postpartum, peri-menopause or post menopause. 

PILATES AND GROUNDED MUMS GROUP CLASSES

Group classes designed especially for mums and mums to be, allowing you to exercise in a supportive atmosphere alongside other mums. These classes are focused on building and maintaining deep core and full body strength, improving posture and improving pelvic floor function.

Currently these classes are being held virtually via zoom.

PERSONAL TRAINING

The format of this is down to you. If you want one to one sessions we can do them in person or remotely. I also offer group sessions if you want to share the time with others.

SOFT TISSUE THERAPY

This is a soft tissue treatment to help your recovery. This doesn't have to be a in injury you've picked up, it could be something postural you want need help with.

I also offer home visits, get in touch to discuss.

ONLINE COACHING

This a specific online coaching package tailored to you and your goals. It includes goal setting, movement analysis and regular calls to discuss exercises, progress and motivation.
