Hi! We’re so glad you found us. We thought we should introduce ourselves and explain why its an awesome thing you’re here.

We are Be Grounded Fitness, a husband and wife coaching team who have combined our specialities and strengths to form a uniquely holistic coaching service. We have both been working separately for a while now, exploring different ways of working and developing various specialities, our logical next step was to combine forces and bring all our knowledge and experience into one place.

So who are we...

Rose is an experienced Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach, specialising in helping women stay fit and active during pregnancy, postpartum, peri-menopause and beyond. Rose loves participating and competing in Crossfit, pole dancing and surfing.

After her own experiences of trying to maintain her fitness and participate in Crossfit during pregnancy and then return postpartum, Rose quickly realised that there was a vast amount of confusing and conflicting information regarding pregnancy and postpartum exercise and the water was even muddier if you participated in higher demand activities and sports. Reliable guidance was thin on the ground to say the least!

After finding out the hard way about some of the common issues affecting women after pregnancy and delivery such as Diastasis Recti, Rose became passionate about pursuing the most up to date information in order to best help her clients. She is experienced in helping women with Diastasis Recti, Incontinence and Prolapse continue to exercise and help improve their symptoms. 

Rose also currently works alongside a specialist Women's Health Physiotherapist as a consulting specialist Strength and Conditioning Coach.

  • Specialist in Peri to Post Menopause exercise
















Jase is a serving member of the British Army and fitness has been a key part of his life for many years. He has trained soldiers in the most demanding conditions in a range of environments around the world. He particularly enjoys participating in CrossFit and British Army Warrior Fitness as well as lots of outdoor activities such as surfing and snowboarding.

From this he decided he wanted to offer more when it came to rehabilitating athletes. A natural progression was to be able to support his athletes through soft tissue therapy and formal mindset training. These ventures have led him to coach functional athletes with Mindset Rx'd and support the recovery of athletes as a therapist. This has taken him around the UK supporting athletes individually and at large scale events such as the London Marathon.
